You’ve probably missed you Transformers Robots like Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Megatron and the rest as you can only see them in movies or TV animations. You’ve probably missed seeing them transform from normal public vehicles into gigantic robots. Well, you don’t have to worry anymore because when you play Transformers, you will get to see them every day.  Thanks to the game’s chibi/super deformed art style, Transformers has now been given the turn-based tactics treatment in order to win the battle against the villain characters.

In this game, Battle Tactics, the players have a mission to build the best possible team of four bouts from a selection of over 75 Autobots and Decepticons, then challenges them to test their tactical skills against both AI and human opposition. For us to help you get an edge in the game, here’s some of the cheats and tips that could help you get through Transformers: Battle Tactics.

• When you begin to assemble your team, you need to consider team bonuses. This can help you during the time when your team gets damage and armor counts during a battle. Even something as simple as throwing together all Autobots (giving you an armor buff) or all Decepticons (for a damage buff) can be effective.

• Don’t forget to pick Jammer when you are looking for team abilities. He is a life-saver since human opponents will often target you most threatening character right away, thus ignoring to focus fire on one bot in most cases. The Jammer randomizes incoming attacks.

• You can have a huge advantage if you can take out an enemy in the first run by rolling the First Strike. Thus, your targeting ability is also importance.

• Never leave your Ability Points unspent even if you will or lose a game because they carry over between rounds, allowing you to help ready a more expensive team ability by using the “leftover” points.

• If you are looking for a hard to find resources that could unlock some characters, you can do this by playing against an AI bot team. In here, you will be able to get the specific stuff you need but just be prepared for the occasionally cruel hand of fate that you might end up.

• If you can spare the resources, it always makes sense to recruit all three characters each time you level up. Doing this gets you the chance to get more resources and more gold.

• You should resist the urge to spend gold on more Energon, because it’s expensive since you only get one cube for 6 gold.
